Steps to install and get started

1. Loading platforms

Click here to download the platform installer.

2. Platform installation

Run the installer, accept the license agreements.
Check the location of the installation.
You can choose a location shortcuts.

3. Get DxFeed market data

Launch the platform and click 'Get DxFeed market Data'
Register and subscribe.

4. Login and easy start

Enter the login password and check domain.

Does the installation require an Internet connection?

Yes. An Internet connection is required for the download of the xSigma Desktop installer but is not required to run the installation.

By default, xSigma Desktop installs to path: C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\IntenseLab\Xsigma

You can select a different default folder location while running the default installer.

Can xSigma Desktop be delivered via SCCM?

Yes. The default TTD executable file can be made into a Microsoft SCCM package to help manage deployments across multiple workstations. However, this method will not provide version control for the application.

When xSigma Desktop is launched, will it attempt to download any updates? Where will those updates be stored?

Yes. By default, the latest version of the xSigma Desktop application is always downloaded when a user logs in. The application code is held in memory during the session, and is discarded when xSigma Desktop is closed or refreshed.

Can I get a static version of xSigma software?

No. A static version of xSigma Desktop is not available per the design of our software.
